The Rates for Participation are as follow (each location) : Participation with 5 sqm. Fabricated stalls
Price :
Fabricated Stall : Rs. 8,000/- per sqm.
Extra Tax per Govt. Rules of Total Bill Amount
Sponsorship
Event Platinum Sponsorship: The total amount charges for event Platinum Sponsorship will be Rs. 3,00,000/- this will include 4 stalls & the institution/Co’s name will be highlighted in the the advertisement process including name on the newspaper, hoarding, banners, inserts & entry gate.
Event Gold Sponsorship: The total amount charges for event Platinum Sponsorship will be Rs. 2,00,000/- this will include 3 stalls & the institution/Co’s name will be highlighted in the advertisement process including name on the newspaper, hoarding, banners, inserts & entry gate.
Event Silver Sponsorship: The total amount charges for event Platinum Sponsorship will be Rs. 1,50,000/- this will include 2 stalls & the institution/Co’s name will be highlighted in the advertisement process including name on the newspaper, hoarding, banners, inserts & entry gate.

Terms & Conditions:
- A stall will be confirmed only after receiving 50% advance.• The booking amount of 50% is not refundable under any circumstances.
- Allotment of Stalls at sole discretion of the organizers.
- The organizer has the right to cancel the booking of any participant without assigning any reason if he/she is found to be noncooperative, without refunding the booking amount.
- Stalls are non- transferable.
- Any damages caused by the participant are liable for charges.
- Additional furniture and electric points can be provided on extra payment.
- The organizers will provide general security arrangements but the participants will be responsible for the safety of their exhibits and cash during the event.
- Settlement of taxes will be the responsibility of the participant.
- Organizers are not liable for any losses/damages to man, machine or money due to any or what so ever reason.
- No subletting off stall will be allowed.
- Insurance of belongings will be participants responsibility.
- All payments are to be made in favour of “New Business Times Co” payable at Dehradun
Uttarakhand. - All disputes are subject to Dehradun jurisdictions.
- Stalls are available of First come First serve basis against advance booking.
